File Change Warning – Files added to wp-content/cache

    Hello,
    For a few days now I’ve been getting emails sent to me daily, which I believe come from my security plugin WordFence or Better WP Security.

    The emails say WordPress File Change Warning…a file (or files) on your site have been changed.

    An example of one is:

    Files Added: 408
    Files Deleted: 58
    Files Modified: 739
    Memory Used: 37.53 MB

    The files added are going to wp-content/cache/db/0000…..

    Do I need to be concerned about this, or is this the result of my W3TC cache plugin and is nothing to worry about and not harmful?
