  • Hi,

I need to stop and replace the default registration email sent automatically by WP. How can I stop it.

I have a plugin that will replace the registration email but how can I stop the default email that is sent?

This should be a built in option….. nonetheless SB Welcome email does the job and the alternative, for more advanced users, is to edit pluggable.php.

I’ve actually played around with both, and have realised that there is something else happening on my installation.

I have the following mail being sent to new users, I am not able to disable it, can anyone offer some advise / assistance please?

Why is the blog showing the email address…. wordpress@domain.com? and how can I completely disable this email from being sent?
