responsive image slider as solution of logo placement

I’d like to add a logo to the top of my website so added an image of 1600 x 230 pixels but the problem is that it is not responsive.
Does anyone know of a plugin that lets you add a header image that is responsive?
or a slider that allows you to just put one image and doesn’t show extra buttons like “move backwards/forwards” or circles at bottom?
