Menu Buttons Not loading

I loaded it at imagewize.com and it told that two plugins caused issue. One making custom menus and one making a custom post. But those were turned off it seems and the editor installed. But it just showed nothing. The TinyMCE editor was removed, but no other menu item was loaded in its stead. Any ideas How I can remedy this and get CKEditor to work?
