• When the latest version (3.7.1) was installed, it appears they have changed how the key is stored and generated.
It appears this plugin now results in delivery of expired password reset keys when users request password reset. I am no expert in debugging, but after lots of tests, this plugin is the only one that results in the error when requesting password reset from your widget. Could you please check and try to fix this, as it is a really useful plugin.

  • I am having the same problem. Deactivating and finding another solution.

I was getting “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.” until I deactivated the plug-in.

Same problem here. Reset email goes through ok, but link results in expired key error.

Any solution to this? The plugin works great otherwise!
