   As far as I know it's not available for distribution, meaning it's copyrighted.

   if you want THAT theme - go to the original site. downloading "crap" from rapidshare that youre going to put up on your web site is ill advised, at best.

   Pressthor theme - http://www.wpskins.org/themes/3873/Pressthor/ - almost exactly the same free GNU WP-theme as WP.org V4 design.
