    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Most likely there’s a problem with the TablePress access rights/capabilities.

If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

I suspect it has something to do with the fact that I reset the User Role Editor settings 🙁

But I cannot see the options to add back the Tablepress privileges even after disabling and enabling the Tablepress plugin.

    Hi,

yes, you are correct. When you reset the settings in User Role Editor, the capabilities were removed and thus the permission checks all failed.

I restored them now with a small debug plugin that I have for this case. Everything should be working again now 🙂 You can now also see the TablePress capabilities in User Role Editor, and can assign them to the different user roles, if you want to.

    Regards,
    Tobias
