Cover Image not working

You should be able to upgrade from within your Plugins dash just like other plugins. If the auto upgrade notice is not showing, you can force it to scan the server for the update by deactivating then reactivating the plugin.

Additionally, all Pro users are notified via email when there is an upgrade and sent a link to the file if they want to manually install it that way. So check your email ;-p
