Shortcode Ultimate Plugin Conflicting with DsIDXpress Plugin.

I like this plugin very much and have already created many pages on my website.
I use a real estate IDX plugin called DsIDXpress to show properties on my website. When I am using shortcodes from DsIDXpress plugin they seem to be conflicting with Shortcode Ultimate Plugin and CSS does not render well.

when I deactivate the Shortcode Ultimate plugin the CSS renders well.
Please let me know how to fix this.
