    Hi,

I have tablePress working perfectly on 2 other sites of mine which are both hosted under the same Site5 reseller hosting account so the hosting or WP install should not be a problem.

I have created a new site: http://www.easyhousemove.com.au on the same server etc and setup WP and WP appears to be working fine.

I installed TablePress and no matter what I try the TablePress menu, settings etc won’t appear on the WP menu like on the other blogs.

I have then deactivated the plugin, deleted it and reinstalled and activated but still the problem persists.

The plugin is fantastic on the other sites but just won’t work on this new site.

I do have a couple of plugins on this new site that don’t have on the other blogs but I turned them off and still no luck.

If the developer is willing to log into my site and look into the matter and can fix the problem I am willing to pay. It is just so frustrating.

I have latest updates of WP and all plugins.

    Thanks,
    Dale.

    Hi Dale,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Most likely, something went wrong with the TablePress capabilities/access rights here. This can sometimes happen when there are plugins like “User Role Editor” or “Advanced Access Manager” installed (for user management).

If you want, I can try to restore the capabilities. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
