   Hello,

   I wanted to know how can I add 'Independent Pages' to my wordpress so that it's address will look like: www.mysite.com/individual_page1 and NOT like www.mysite.com/?page_id=2.
   Also whenever I post something, I want to be able to select the page on which it is posted and not always on the homepage as it is by default. E.g. I posted a fun post so that should appear directly on the 'fun' page and not on homepage. How can I select this in wordpress. Please help me. THANKS a lot for reading this and giving your time.    Alright I figured out why I wasn't able to make the address look like what I wanted. I found it finally in Permanlink .. But my problem is still half solved.
   Now that I got how to get the address, can anyone please tell me how I could now directly post to that page and NOT on homepage. e.g. I wrote on post on 'Google' and I want that post to appear on my "fun" page ONLY and not on homepage.SO can anyone please help me with that then? THANKS
