Missing ZIP on wordpress home base :(

I was trying to get this cool plugin that you guys recommend but it seems that the url is showing a 404 ,

http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/askapache-password-protect/

“404 File not found”

Oh , I reported it because this is promoted ALL over wordpress and even on the server, so I figured you might want to know that the file is missing.
