My recommendation is to install the latest plugin’s update, it correct some issues that are present in your current copy of plugin (We have made some code corrections, but we have not modified the version number).
If the issue persist, will be required contact me through the support’s page, because I will need the download link and maybe the WordPress access.

Where can i download the latest music-store pro plugin update from, without having to purchase it again?
Due to lack off or confusing documentation it took me 4 weeks to work out installation and loading songs, albums, etc. another 8 weeks now asking for assistance. I have used the support page system for every assistance request with this problem,(at least 1 per week) never received a reply, until i used this forum.
Now the support page says, 90+ days past purchase date, purchase more support credit for assistance.
