Genesis Problem

I can’t seem to get the plugin to work with my Genesis News Pro theme. I’ve put the code in a few different locations but nothing is showing up. The theme does not have any code in the index.php or single.php files.

So I tried putting the code in the structure/posts.php file and the structure/loops.php file but nothing is working.

When I used the shortcode in the post itself, it seemed to work fine.
