    Hi,

I am using the plugin for some time and really happy with it. Need clarity on following points:

    1. Is it possible to use Affiliate Links without cloaking them? If so, how should I do it?

    2. Is it possible to use a different title attribute on a link than the linked text itself?

For example: If I am adding a link to text ‘Click here’, can I insert a custom title attribute ‘Feedback’ to this link rather than the default ‘Click here’?

    3. Can I add Affiliate Links to Buttons, Tool tips etc. created through a Shortcodes Plugin viz. Shortcodes Ultimate?

    Thanks.

  • Hi AUM329,

    1. Not sure what you mean here, if you wanted to bypass ThirstyAffiliates and just link using your direct affiliate link just use the default WordPress link button on your editor

    2. Yes, but you have to change this manually. Workaround is after you insert your link you can click on the link in your visual editor then click the link tool and change it. Otherwise switch over to the Text editor and change it in the code.

You can also disable the title attribute being output on link insertion in the settings.

    3. I haven’t tested against those plugins but it should be ok. Just insert your shortcode, then select it and insert your affiliate link, it will use the selected text (in this case your shortcode) as the link text.

    Hope this helps!
