Attachment links not re-writing?

I installed latest WP here: http://justcovers.net/
Attachment links here working fine: http://justcovers.net/thanksgiving-facebook-cover-photos/
But here: http://justcovers.net/merry-christmas-fb-profile-banners/ not re-write.
Can anyone tell me why?
