get 500 internal server error when publish new post

    Hi,
    I’ve googled the web and searched in this forum but still can not find a solution.

    last week I upgraded my WordPress to latest 2.5. Everything is fine except when I try to publish a new post I get 500 internal server error.

    I’ve tried:
    . delete .htaccess and let WordPresss regenerate it.
    . tuned memory limit to 128M
    . tuned max execution time to 600
    . disabled all plugins (even Akismet, I’ve gotten so much spams……)

    before I upgraded to v2.5, everything is OK.

    any suggestion? thanks in advance.

    anyone? thanks. I’ve contacted my hosting provider. They said it’s out of their support scope.

    Hope this is the resolution.

    I find if the title contains only Chinese, the publish ends up with a 500 error, if the title contains an English charactor, the publish successes.

    hope helpful for others.
