number of posts on homepage

    on my site (http://umwelten.org/ ) I’ve posted some posts. All of them seem to show up, in the same way (photo, category, beginning of text,…)
    A lot more of them will follow. So that could get a problem, if I sent e.g. 100 posts, and more.
    what then? how could I deal with that? I want all on the site, but e.g. only 8 of them on the homepage, and the rest e.g. on another page, e.g. with only their title & publication , & nothing more.
    or another solution?

    try setting–reading–Blog pages show at most,then u choose the number you want

    thank you! That solved it. Great.
    Ideal thing would be that on the second page (after clicking ‘next’) the other articles would appear with only title & eventually date;
    but the way it is now, is also very good allready.
