   Does anyone have a sample of the template to use if you want a contact form which has a dropdown of contacts (e.g. departments)? For example, is it possible to have a single contact form which has a dropdown from which a user can choose to send the message to a specific department, e.g. "Technical Support", "Sales", "Intellectual Property",etc.?
