The link to re-authenticate your UpdraftPlus-Dropbox connection is in the Dropbox section of the UpdraftPlus settings page.

Hey Guys. Sorry to revive an old thread, but I can’t seem to figure out to start a new one. I am having this issue now and we’ve authenticated Drop Box twice already. We have the plug in on another WP site and it backs up fine. However I keep getting the message “Warning: You do not appear to be authenticated with Dropbox (whilst deleting)”
Can anyone PLEASE help?

Try wiping your settings (using the button in the ‘Expert’ section at the bottom of the page), and then re-authenticating again.
