widget admin screen not showing

hi,

I encountered a problem that the admin widget screen not showing anymore. It shows a blank page without anything. I deactivate some plugins, the widget admin screen still can’t show.

So I cannot add new widgets, or edit or delete those already added widgets anymore. How can I fix this, or at least remove the already added widget information from database or site files? Like just clear all the widgets.

My hosting teachnical help says the ‘table” cause WordPress overload. Would your this plugin can help to clear database & hope to solve this problem?
