Use Collapse-O-Matic in Woocommerce Widgets

Hi I want to use the Collaspe O Matic for my sidebar widgets, so basically when you click the word filter by word it expands the list to look at the options. Its done by a PHP code but I don’t know how to make it do what I want? Here is my site: unzippd.com/shop I’m guessing its a tag but I’m unsure where to place the first tag and the second? any help is appreciated!
