Works great, nice design, minor bugs

It mostly does what I need – though there are a few minor nits –

1. When you go to a jobs page, it won’t open up the General tab by default
2. If email sending fails, because of reasons outside the plugin’s control, it doesn’t have a great way of letting you know – you sort of have to watch for the failures (non receipt of emails.)
