On click submit review refreshes to top of page

Hello
On http://desktopenglish.net/ielts-course/ if a user submits a review the review submits fine but the user is then redirected to the top of the page so does not see the default message, “Thank you for your comments. All submissions are moderated and if approved, yours will appear soon.”. Is there a way to make it so that the page doesn’t refresh and redirect to the top of the page but to the same place so that the user can see the thank you message?
