Filter in "add media" tab

    Hi,

    I’m also trying to get this solved. Would be a great feature for my clients, to easier administrate their pages. This would be a very good help to organize their images to specific post types.

    Any news on that?

    Same issue here. Will probably delete the plugin as a result. I need something that tags or categorizes images in the media library AND that lets you filter by them in the “add media” option of a post. Whats the point of categorizing media if you cant use the categories to find the media when you need to?

    Version 2.2 now has this feature: media categories filter on Add New Media modal.

    Sorry, but I’ve tried to find where to upload media to specific categories and I don’t see a media categories filter on the add new media area.

    @47songs, you may need to add media categories first. To do this, go to WordPress admin -> Media -> Media Categories
