In the future please just tag the topic modlook
.

Creating a topic about spam posts can be a little counter productive.
Thanks, will keep that in mind from now on. Should i just tag it here or tag the review itself also?

Ha! Review spam. I hate that. It’s a bug sort of and I can only fix it by deleting the review.

Next time please click on the review and tag that review with modlook
.
You won’t see the spam that was deleted but moderators can and delete the review if necessary.
How did they make it change like that? strange i thought. Marking this resolved. Shame the 1 star count didnt go down but at least nobody has to be subjected to that now when looking at the reviews.
Thanks again.

It would be appropriate to leave the review and replace all of the text with something like “[Spam redacted]“, so that people looking at reviews know that review can be ignored. The issue is with the way these forums work with reviews, people can edit their review whenever they want. So, they could just add their spam back in again.
There is a very long to-do list of improvements to the WordPress.org website and for now moderators are taking the best action they can.
