Customizable database search

I am looking for a plugin that I can customize to do a local database search for floorplans and homes much like the ones shown on this site:

Home search:http://megatelhomes.com/AvailableHomes/tabid/56/Default.aspx

Floor Plan search: http://megatelhomes.com/FloorPlans/tabid/189/Default.aspx

Anyone know of something that I can use to accomplish this same thing? Keep in mind this is for this particular home builders website, not a listing agency like FlexIDX.
