• Hi.

I’ve followed the guide to enable multisite, and once finished I had the options of multisite in the menu but there was only my original site in there. So I added a new site, it went ok and my two sites are in the list of multisites.

However when I visit the new multisite (which has the addition of /en/ as I chose) then nothing happes. There is no such directory on my server, do I need to copy my original WP folder this location as well? I thought that adding a multisite would do that for me.

Very grateful for quick replies, thanks!

So you know how if you make a page called ‘about’ on your site you don’t magically have a page on the server? Sub-sites on a network are similarly virtual. No, you do not need to create a folder. In fact, doing so will break Multisite 🙂

What do you see when you go to domain.com/en/ ? What does the site look like? A blank white page or a 404 error?
