Help choosing a theme

I recently updated my website to wordpress 3.7.1

I was using a few year old theme Soulbop from Saintdo bought on theme forest

It is no longer supported and with the new update my panel that made changes to the front page of the theme stopped working

So I cannot change photos in the slide show,how many post show,theme colors,side bar on the left or right side. It was called the saintdo panel it is located in admin.php?page=functions.php

I don’t know if there is a way to fix this?

Or could someone suggest a theme that fits my website.

The soulbop theme had a special portfolio category which I have over 20,000 photos in and don’t know if I would have to upload them all again?
