Slider with video backgrounds

Hi, i’ve seen some premium themes incorporating video backgrounds in their sliders but the sliders are exclusive to the themes…

I want to try and create one of my own without buying a premium theme but i’m happy to buy a plugin. Can anyone recommend one?
