Hi there – I’m at a coffeshop on a free wifi account. I cannot log into WordPress. I’m not 100% sure this is related to Wordfence, but it seems like the most likely culprit.

Of course, I can’t get in to see or change any settings either. Is there a chance that Wordfence could blog the admin page from a Wifi network that it doesn’t like? Is there any backdoor (FTP?) I could use to get in and get around this? If not, then once I’m on a new network, what setting do I need to change so this doesn’t happen again?

    Hi,

No you would know if it was Wordfence blocking you because you’ll see the Wordfence blocked page along with a reason you were blocked.

    Regards,

    Mark.
