I want to upload some SWF games to my site but WP doesn’t allow this.

Is there any way I can change the settings somehow to allow it and if so are there any security issues to be aware of by doing so?

Thanks but I couldn’t find the word mime in my fucnions.php file

Theme: Twenty Twelve: Theme Functions (functions.php)

Any ideas where it might be hiding?

Do not edit the Twenty Twelve theme itself. First create a child theme for your changes.
