   I have backuped my database, but how can I recover it. I have all files, but don't know how to extraxt them in wordpress... I can't use my presentaion because I've changed entire database...

   I do not know the format.
   You could
   - import from wordpress
   - execute the code from phpMyAdmin, if saved as SQL commands

   Yeah, I know about phpMyAdmin, but I don't have that on my server... how can I install one?
