can u change the name from MyAdsense to myadsense ?
and similarly replace it across php ?
i use a linux setup with case-sensitive indexing.
the whole code was nto working until i cracked it by changing the CASE

From the original download
rename the main folder from myadsense to MyAdsense

since 2.5.0.1 there is no need to rename the plugin folder !!!
