Reinstall wordpress error

I have moved wordpress from OLDHOST to NEWHOST, and have used phpmyadmin to check for old url, but cannot find it.
Have edited wpconfig: define(‘WP_TEMP_DIR’,ABSPATH.’wp-content/uploads/’);
Still getting error messages when trying to install plugins and this one when trying to reinstall wordpress:
