It looks like what’s causing the issue is that some files can’t be loaded. In particular, the file below is returning an internal server error 500:
http://frankonlinemarketing.com/wp-comments-post.php?for=jetpack
A couple of questions:
– Does that file exist on your server?
– Are you using the most updated version of WordPress?
– Are you using the most updated version of the Jetpack plugin?
If you’re not using the most updated version of WordPress and Jetpack I’d definitely recommend upgrading.
There are a number of other errors that are showing up, but hopefully they’re caused by the file that can’t be loaded.

Thanks Jonathan. I have no idea what that file is supposed to be.
Yes, I am using the most updated versions of both.
Any suggestions for how I can fix this?
Thanks!
It’s hard to say without knowing more. It’s possible you’re dealing with a plugin or theme conflict. Can you disable all the plugins aside from Jetpack one by one and see if that fixes the problem? You could also try switching to the default WordPress Twenty Thirteen theme and seeing if that does the trick.

Someone trying to add a comment got the error message: Error: Missing security token from submission.
Anyone know what that means or how to fix it??
(The site, if you want to see if you also get that error message, is http://frankonlinemarketing.com . The post she was trying to comment on was http://frankonlinemarketing.com/web-design-mistake/ )
