Events Manager – pagination not working

I’m using the following shortcode:
[events_list_grouped mode=”monthly” scope=”2013-01-01,2013-12-31″]

to generate this page:
http://stlwildones.org/calendar/2013-calendar/

When I click the link for the 2nd page, the URL changes to:
http://stlwildones.org/calendar/2013-calendar/?pno=2
but the content is the same.

I’m using WordPress 3.7.1 and EM 5.5.2 with a TwentyEleven child theme. I tried disabling all other plug-ins, with no change.

Any suggestions?
