Incredible Plugin

This plugin saved me massive amounts of time. The Pro version was worth every single penny. There is no other way to create multiple double opt-ins on one site and export them to csv. I was amazed when I asked how to select the delimiter used in export, and the developer actually implemented the ability to do so in an update a week later. Stellar support like this is rarely ever found.
