text at top not being added to newsletter

    We have the paid version, and not to sure if you’re getting the messages in the “support” section of the paid product?

    We need to get the newsletter out and we have an issue we’re hoping you can fix?

    For some reason, the top of the page gets cropped, when I type in:

    Or the Mobile version

    all we get to see is:

    also, the last few days we get this error when I try and edit the newsletter:

    Error in template: check colours definitions
    (you guys must be canadian too!)

    I was answered you in all emails I have from you, please, send us an email to contact at knewsplugin dot com, or use the Contact Form inside Knews Pro.

    Seems you’ve modified a template, seems you broken the some HTML tag. About colours message: the colours definition numbers must be continous (1,2,3… etc.)
