   When using the plugin auto update feature on WP 2.5, it ask for a Hostname.

   I'm not sure if it should be 'localhost' or 'ftp.site-name.com'

   It should be whatever name you use to connect to your site via FTP.

   I seem to have a similar problem. I have put in:

   hostname: ftp://(computer_name)@(ip address of website for blog)
   username: admin
   password: oooooooo

   and it keeps coming up with the error message:

   Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.

   I have tried sftp://..... instead of ftp and it makes no difference.

   I have tried ftp://(ip address of website for blog) and still the error message.

   Any ideas please?

   PS: I have gone to http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-to-any-subscribe/ and downloaded the zip file in the mean time, but I would still like to know what the host name should be?
