Mysterious page instead of front page

    I was adding a ne post to my site rookiesfirstguide.com, and all was going well -until . . .

    for no reason, and without warning, instead of going to the front page (newest post0, it comes up with this;

    <META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=http://rookiesfirstguide.alanashwood.com/protect-your-wordpress-site-hackers/"><h1><a href="http://rookiesfirstguide.alanashwood.com/protect-your-wordpress-site-hackers/" />VIEW TEMPORARY SITE</h1>

    I realise it’s something to do with the h! setting, but I never tamper about with code.
    If you can bring up the newest post, and then click on the post title, it fails. It also does it with links from other posts.
