Which membership plugins fulfill these requirements?

Hi! I’d appreciate some advice on choosing a membership plugin.

The site will sell educational courses. For the purpose of the argument, lets say there are three courses: A, B, and C.

I need people to be able to purchase any course without getting access to the other course materials.

In a lot of the membership plugins I’ve reviewed I can see things such as ‘bronze’, ‘silver’ and ‘gold’ packages, whereby the ‘gold’ package gets access to all of the materials. I don’t want this. If someone buys course ‘C’, they don’t automatically get all the goodies in course ‘A’.

I hope that’s going to be easy. I’d also like the membership solution to be integrated with a payment gateway (like Paypal) and also mailchimp, so that when they sign-up to a course they can opt-in to a mailing list at the same time.
