Track Adsense not working

For some reason when the “Track Adsense” option was added (or at least around that time) our site stopped tracking adsense correctly in analytics.

Is any one else having this issue? I have looked all over trying to find a solution but there doesn’t seem to be help anywhere on this one. I have also checked the google code generated by the plugin and it doesn’t seem any different whether it’s (Track adsense) on or off.

Any help would be appreciated.
