Great versitility though not too intutitive

Product exibits great versitility with many options even in the “free” version. Lots of setup time and experimentation required however. I inadvertently deleted the admin user within the application and found myself locked out with no way to get back in. Made two seperate requests for support… did not even get an acknowledgement email let alone any response. Also have not found any way to copy forms from one website to another without recreating them on the 2nd website.
