How to remove a section from the user profile

Could you tell me how to remove section from the admin user profile please?

I found a site that showed how to add them, and this worked great, but the info they had fro removign them did’t work:

unset($profile_fields['website']);

	return $profile_fields;

Also, is there a way to rename the ‘Contact Info’ section to something else?
