Terrific plugin, terrific support!

I am new to WordPress, so have spent a fair amount of time bumbling around, trying to make my site work and searching for plugins that not only suit my needs/purposes, but that also are easy to use and don’t cause tangential problems. Coming across GoogleMaps (with Pro Add-on) ended my search. I love it–it’s perfect! It is straight-forward, attractive, and has features that make sense. Even better: when I had a question, I plugged into the forum. Since my inquiry wasn’t addressed, I took advantage of the Submit/Contact feature . . . and got a prompt, thorough, and gracious response! In the same day, no less! Nick sent me the code I needed to make the plugin perfect for me after I sent a link to my site. My faith in sending questions to forum and/or looking to support has been restored! Hooray! And hooray for GoogleMaps! 🙂
