Custom field labels not showing

    I’m not sure why the label value is not showing on my posts. In the example below I can see the label value ‘Address:’ when editing the post in the edit post screen but when the post is previewed there is no label at all. Am i missing something?

    [Address]
    type = textarea
    rows = 5
    cols = 50
    label = Address:
    output = true

    I am using Version 2.1.5 of the custom field template
