Are you using a shared hosting?
If your IP is shared, it’s possible the daily limit is reached because it was consumed by others sites using your IP.

It seems to be everyday all day long though, I would hope sometime I would be able to find a free token.

There’s no token, Yahoo checks IP request.
If you reduce the text size, it will fetch tags.
Need to check the reason Yahoo refuses with long text. Seems the query is overt the limit and does not provide a reply.

Warning was fixed in the last version for long text submissions not supported by Yahoo.
