Have not received my questions

I was really excited to use this tool for my site, http://rebornseries.com/ but it stopped working. I received one question on 10/31 and then nothing. I changed the page that was created to News, (http://rebornseries.com/news/) but I did that before getting the first question and it still went through. Plus, I have not received an email at all since then.

I would prefer to keep the page, but if I am not going to receive update questions it’s quite useless. If that is the case I can create my own news updates.
