How to create a full width div with a background image.?

    I am using Responsive for a website.

    I do have a row which contains 3 columns in homepage in default theme.

    But I need 2 rows with 3 columns which can be edited.

    Also I need a full-width background image after the GRID section completed.

    If the question is understandable, Please acknowledge me.
